Technical and Promotional Writing

Good writing is much more than words and punctuation. And technical documentation is your customer's first impression of your product. First impressions last for a long time.

Technical writing, in particular, has special challenges. Good documentation and good promotional pieces for technical products must not only convey a clear message, but must present complex subject matter in a way that people can understand. Good technical writers are, therefore, translators and communicators, not just creative writers.
